Toyota Kata: The next level of Lean Management and Lean Thinking
 Marktheidenfeld, 29/3/2012, Kata or neutral solution, the routines that make up the core of modern management system, have been in large part by studies like toyota practices and countless attempts at experimental recognized companies.

This requires, however, it is goodbye to the current management practices and paradigms to some extent. And is the continual development of new capabilities and solutions for employees and organization forward in the company.

Certain experiences in the scientific and experimental work should be regularly and ideally experienced positive, which is a positive expectation can be conditioned for improvement.

As these new management and coaching role should be lived, shows the three-day Management Circle "The Toyota Kata course" of 8 to 10 May 2012 work of Agfa Gevaert HealthCare GmbH in Peißenberg.

On the first day of the seminar theoretical fundamentals are taught. In the following two days workshop, participants will have ample time to implement the new knowledge into practice. Here, both sides are taken so the new manager as "enablers and motivators", as well as that of the employee.
